Tipsage Farm produce traditional English fruit liqueurs. They are based on an old family recipe dating from 1848. We use only whole fruit, no concentrates, to produce our liqueurs. The maturing process takes a minimum of three months, (but the longer the better!), to infuse the flavour of the fruit into the gin. The fruit is sourced as locally as possible, and we are in the process pf replanting Tipsage with traditional Damson orchards, in order to be self sufficient in Damsons.

At present we produce five flavours, Damson, Raspberry, Cherry, Blackcurrant and Seville Orange. They come in three different sizes,100ml, 250ml and 500ml, with a wooden gift box containing three 100ml bottles.

They are wonderful drunk as a liqueur at the end of a meal, or as a winter warmer in a hip flask. In hot weather mixed with chilled dry white wine or cider they make a very refreshing long drink. For a less alcoholic concoction, mix with loads of ice and soda water. For more ideas see the recipe page.

We use very distinctive square bottles with colourful labels which make wonderful gifts, if you can bare to part with them!
